STUDY IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR HOME AND WORK AROUND YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE: while being engaged in powerful mystical practice using specially prepared Multi-media resources on DVDs, Audio CDs and Printed Matter.
WHAT YOU NEED: All you need is a computer with an internet connection, and a DVD / CD player, which most computers already have built in them. There is no special software required. If you know how to browse the internet you can do this program.
STUDENT SUPPORT: Once you receive your learning package, you also receive support from the instructor through the Internet so that, week-by-week, you can implement what you are studying in your daily life, observing how it helps transform the quality of your energy, your relationships and your profession. For those who require it, additional support is available through phone or web camera consultations with the instructor.
INSPIRED BY THE MYSTICAL DEPTH OF THE YOGA TRADITION: We draw essentially from the breath and depth of the yoga tradition, using the tracks of meditation, mantra and music to awaken our interest in the mystical, which is the (hidden sacred dimension) of our existence, and to empower ourselves with spiritual tools that can enhance our mental, physical and spiritual health and well being.
A PRACTICAL APPROACH: We are approaching these topics from the perspective of the spiritual practitioner rather than that of the scholar. Furthermore, you do not need to have prior experience or knowledge in any of these disciplines to benefit from this program. You will be engaged in techniques and discussions, and shown, step-by-step, how to use all of these tracks to transform your life, your health and your relationships while progressing toward more advanced levels of application.
TIME COMMITMENT: The program recommends that you spend between 1 to 3 hours a week, depending on the time you have available. This time is distributed between viewing and practicing the lessons presented on DVD and Audio CD, as well as viewing and/or engaging in discussions through the Internet and keeping a journal of your experiences and insights. You can benefit from this program by spending less than 10 hours a month to deepen your spiritual life! The rest of the time you spend living your life while at the same time seeking opportunities to implement the ideas and practices of the program into your life, your profession and your relationships, observing how the quality of your energy is being transformed.
MULTI-MEDIA RESOURCES: Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive specially prepared multi-media (audio, video and text) resources on DVD, CD and in print to help you study in the privacy of your home and on your own time.
POWERFUL INTERNET SUPPORT: Additionally, you simultaneously have access to a well crafted student support system through the web. Log on to the internet 24/7 to ask your questions and receive my direct response in the form of text, audio files or video communications, all accessible from the simplicity of your web browser.
PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS: For those who need extra attention, private consultations can be schedule with me by phone or web camera.
SPECIAL CONFERENCES: From time to time, when the content of a module demands it, you will be invited to participate in interactive Web Seminars called Webinars, Phone seminars (Teleseminars) as well as live conferences.
LOCAL STUDY GROUPS: After an initial level of training, certified students will be assisted to form local study groups that meet regularly, practice together, and share and discuss their progress.

MULTII-DIMENSIONAL THREE TRACK APPROACH: The program is a journey of active self-transformation through three distinct but inter-related tracks: meditation, mantra and music. Take a moment to understand these tracks: they are broad, deep and powerful approaches.
TRI LEVEL PEDAGOGY: Each track of the program (meditation, music and mantra) progresses through three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Having built you up from a strong foundation progressively, you will, eventually, be able to take master-classes, if you wish to develop your expertise even further.
EASY TO ASSIMILATE MODULES: Eack level of each track is broken down into modules. Each module has its own set of specially prepared resources and features unlimited internet support during a specific time period. However, you can always study a module outside its program season with a reorganized form of support.
FLEXIBLE STUDY: The first level of each track is recommended for all students, as they offer important foundational material. However, once you complete the beginner level of all three tracks, you can choose to focus on specific tracks to the exclusion of others. For instance, you can study the intermediate and advanced levels of the meditation modules without pursuing the intermediate levels of the music module. However, the greatest value of the program is best derived from studying all three modules in a cross-disciplinary approach.
SPECIALIZATION: You can choose to develop or specialize in any single track, toward which end master classes and special trainings will be offered.
