On Wednesday, May 21, at 7 a.m. Pacific Time, I will be
interviewed live by two Seattle-based musicians, Narayan
and Janet, who are on a mission to combine their musical
talents with their spiritual practice. In case you miss the
interview, you can find it in their archives after May 21.

EXPERIENCE LIFE MAGAZINE ARTICLE ON NADA YOGA
http://www.russillpaul.com/articles/article/1174815/102089.htm

Experienced Life Magazine, May 2008 issue: Read a really
fantastic article based on an interview with me in this
fitness magazine whose combined hard copy and web presence
reaches almost half a million readers. This is really
wonderful news because it shows that the interest in Sound
Yoga is going mainstream.

GREAT RESPONSE TO YOGIC MYSTERY SCHOOL
http://www.russillpaul.com/mysticheart.html

We are really delighted with people have responded to this
distance learning program that we have worked so hard to
produce. It seems to touch a real need and it feels so good
to be able to offer something if this value to students
interested in studying with me personally. At last I have
a solid step-by-step method that my students can follow up
with after a retreat or workshop and go deeper into the
practice of sacred sound.

Lots of new video clips have been posted on our website
regarding this program and all of the informational pages
have been enhanced and updated with revised information and
video clips.

BOOK REVIEW:
Mindfulness-Based Eldercare: A CAM model For Frail Elders
and Their Caregivers”,
Each one of us is growing older moment by moment; how might
we live this season of our life more fully? Lucia McBee,
one of the pilgrims who journeyed with us to India this
year has just come out with her first book,
"Mindfulness-Based Eldercare: A CAM model For Frail Elders
and Their Caregivers”, Published by Springer Publishing
Company, New York. Drawing on years of experience as a
geriatric social worker and mindfulness-based stress
reduction petitioner, Lucia teaches us how to be more
present, more compassionate and more loving to those who
are at the threshold or just entering their transition to
that further shore. Available on www.Amazon.com

I wish you the very best in all your endeavors this summer.

In One Spirit,

Russill Paul
